Return Policy

 

It is possible that the product does not meet your expectations. You can return your purchase within 14 days. After 14 days we unfortunately can't refund your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange - You can exchange items by returning the replaced item (s) and then placing a new order on the website. Unfortunately, we cannot settle the orders with each other. As soon as we have received the returned item, we will proceed to payment of the purchase amount.

Create your own

We are not responsible for low quality received files. We recommend the files to be at least 1015px by 642px for the best outcome. "Create your own" Passtickers cannot be refunded. This is because it is custom made.

Warranty and quality

We will always do our best to deliver the highest possible quality. We offer a 1 month warranty on our items. If the pass sticker breaks down within this period, you can exchange it for a new one, if available. This applies to cracks and peeling. We are not responsible for the incorrect application of the Passticker, which may result in a defective pass. If you have followed all instructions, the pass will work properly. Contact us in advance by email. Wear under normal use is not covered by the warranty.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
